CPMS 2.0 information

CPMS 2.0 transition - overview of the most important information

  • All ERN GENTURIS CPMS users will be migrated to CPMS 2.0 on Tuesday November 26, so your account will be automatically transferred and you will be able to log in to the new CPMS immediately after the transfer. To ensure a smooth transition to CPMS 2.0, please note:
    • The expertise you have indicated in the current CPMS will not be migrated, so you will need to indicate your expertise in CPMS 2.0 when you log in for the first time
    • When the user data migration has been completed and verified, you will receive instructions on how to enter a patient into the new system within 2-3 weeks after the transition on November 26.
    • Any new patient cases you would like to submit for discussion in our recurring CPMS meetings must be entered into CPMS 2.0 after Tuesday November 26. If you have any patients for discussion in upcoming meetings, please contact the CPMS helpdesk manager: jurriaan.holzenspies@radboudumc.nl.
    • All patient data from the current CPMS will be migrated to CPMS 2.0 before mid January 2025 (all CPMS users will be informed when a final date for the patient data migration has been set).
    • The current CPMS will remain accessible to users with open patient panels until the patient data is migrated to CPMS 2.0, but only to close existing patient panels.
    • To facilitate the patient data migration, please close all currently open panels that have previously been discussed in an ERN GENTURIS recurring CPMS meeting (step-by-step guide)

    • EU Login will phase out SMS as an authentication option. Please make sure you have configured at least one of the other supported methods to avoid any disruptions. To change your authentication method to the EU login app, you can follow this guide.
  • No interruption of patient discussions in recurring CPMS meetings – We will continue to use the current method (email announcement in combination with meetings held in GoToMeeting) until we have confirmed that our recurring meetings can be held in the new CPMS. Once confirmed our entire network will be informed and our meetings will be held in the new CPMS from then on.
